Antigua has some easy and testing terrain for cycling and mountain biking. The south of Antigua has a mix of fairly flat to rugged and steep areas which will be quite demanding and will require a good fitness level. It is a great way to discover places off road which would otherwise be unreachable by road. Bikes and helmets for hire are readily available at St. John’s, Nelson’s Dockyard, Parnham and Jolly Harbour. Some hotels also have bikes for guests
