Festival do Rio BR

One of the most important audiovisual events in Latin America, the Festival do Rio BR attracts professionals and film buffs from all over the world. Catch screenings, showcases and seminars at venues across the city.

The festival presents more than 500 programmes and around 180,000 people attend the screenings at 30 cinemas in the city to see the best of Brazilian and foreign film. The Rio Screenings & Seminars strand concentrates on new tendencies from around the world and attracts executives from various sectors of the audiovisual market (cinema, TV, home entertainment and the internet), resulting in a great deal of business.
