Backpacking in British Virgin Islands, Caribbean

Backpacking is a great way to explore the archipelago of the British Virgin Islands in its full glory. Island hop from one exotic location to the next, meet the islands friendly people, take in the stunning scenery and experience the paradise character of the Caribbean. Youth hostels and guest houses have full facilities, clean bed linen and excellent service though rates are more expensive than you would expect. Prices range from around £20 to £35 a night. The only other drawback to backpacking in the British Virgin Islands is the petty theft that is not uncommon in hostels and cheap hotels. Most accommodation however have safe deposit boxes and it is advisable that anybody backpacking in the British Virgin Islands keep their valuables and travel documents in one of the boxes.
