The British Virgin Islands has a good nightlife offering a variety of popular dance and live Caribbean and calypso music. There are hundreds of sophisticated bars and clubs in which to dance, exotic beach bars with cocktails and live music or parties on the beach that continue long into the night. Tortola has the most to offer by way of a vibrant nightlife and though there are plenty of bars on the other islands they tend to be laid back. The high season during the winter months is the best time for dating singles.
