When to go to Corsica, France
The peak season in Corsica is recognized as being from the beginning of July through to the end of August. However, as a Mediterranean island the climate is pretty warm all year round. Expect good weather from May through to the end of October. As the island is very mountainous the resorts in the mountains in the central parts of the island will always be much cooler than the coastal resorts. Pick your timing carefully – Corsica swells to bursting with summer visitors; all but withering in winter when many activities, accommodation and transport services slow or cease.
