There are many hire or charter companies offering coastal trips to the Palm Jumeirah, sunset cruises, lunch and dinner cruises and longer trips for snorkeling and dolphin watching or 3 to 5 day live on board cruises to the Musandam.

Charter companies based at the marinas and hotels offer half day, full day and overnight trips on yachts and cruisers on a per person basis or groups. The shorter trips go to the Palm and to the World Islands and the longer trips sail down the coast to Ras Al Khaimah or Abu Dhabi. Trips to the Musandam take 5 days by sail and 3 days by powerboat and include comfortable accommodation on board.
