Water Skiing in Dubai, UAE

Wakeboarding and Waterskiing in Dubai are very popular sports but for anybody who has not tried these we recommend a lesson or two. There are clubs and hotels who hire ski boats. Wakeboard lessons from a champion boarder are given at the Jebal Ali Hotel, cost AED 100 for 15 mins or AED 300 for 1 hour. You can hire ski boats at the Mina Seyahi marina. If you enjoy wakeboarding or waterskiing, then Dubai is an ideal destination.

Jet skiing is also very popular among locals, expats and tourists - the only area allowed for this sport in Dubai is Al Mamzar Lagoon, hire is AED 150 for 1 hour.  If you are going to travel out of Dubai - Fujairah, a beautiful mountainous emirate on the coast is also great for jet skiing.
