Faro offers many attractions for a couples holiday, such as a nearby beach, a nice choice of hotels and a few nearby resorts. Faro’s historical center or Cidade Velha is also a romantic setting for a couple’s holi-day. Couples coming to the Algarve will usually arrive via Faro Airport and may want to consider visiting Faro’s museums, Old City and Ria Formosa lagoon before heading off to more secluded spots, or staying in nearby Estói for a more romantic and rustic setting.
