Fuerteventura is the second largest island of the Canary Islands, which are islands of Spain. It is located just 100 km off the coast of North Africa in the Atlantic Ocean. Fuerteventura is divided into six municipalities: Antigua, Betancuria, La Oliva, Pajara, Puerto del Rosario, and Tuineje.
