Surfing in Jamaica, Caribbean

Given the year-round climate and Caribbean Sea, surfing in Jamaica is not as big as you might expect. The Jamaica Surfing Association was set up in 1999 and the Jamnesia Surf Club followed. This surf club, located at Bull Bay in Kingston has proved successful with both local and holidaying surfers. Surfing in Jamaica is at its best on the north and south east coasts during November and late spring.
