Jersey provides the visitor with an abundance of sight seeing opportunities. Families will enjoy a number of world-class attractions with great appeal to the younger members. Set in 31 acres, Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, named after its founder Gerald Durrell is internationally famed for its work in saving and breeding endangered species. Two award-winning museums, the Jersey and the Maritime, have interesting exhibits giving both children and adults a taste of Jersey’s past and its rich maritime history.

The Living legend with its multi-media show, adventure playground and live entertainment is a fun-filled day out and well worth a visit. Ten-pin bowling is always popular with families or why not take your family for a train ride around St. Aubin’s Bay for even more sight seeing. Jersey is an 8,000 year old island and is steeped in history with many sight seeing opportunities. It was occupied by the Germans during World War II. The Jersey War Tunnels, a network of tunnels is testament to its occupation and were later converted to an elaborate hospital to cater for war casualties and is well worth a visit. If you like sight seeing it is important to take time to prepare what you want do and see in Jersey.
