Lanzarote's largest resort, Puerto Del Carmen is a good choice for holidaymakers, particularly those looking for a little nightlife, so it’s an excellent place for hen dos. There are loads of things to do, including great sandy beaches with watersports galore.

Playa Grande or Blanca as it's sometimes known is the favourite beach in this resort and a fabulous spot in which your hen party in Lanzarote can relax after a night out in Puerto del Carmen. It is a fairly sheltered beach, with pedalos, paragliding and banana boat rides all available – as well as safe swimming. The promenade lines the three beaches of Puerto del Carmen - Playa Grande beach, Playa de los Pocillos beach and at the eastern end of the resort, Playa de Matagorda, which is less crowded and more geared for peace and quiet. There are also numerous diving excursions on offer in Puerto del Carmen.
