Nightlife in Morocco

Morocco is surprisingly limited when it comes for opportunities to enjoy a vibrant nightlife, at least in the way that you might expect in the uK or Europe. Although alcohol consumption is permitted, the numbers of bars and clubs that sell it is very small. Even major cities, such as Tangier will probably seem rather tame by UK standards and the nightlife in Marrakesh is characterised by the activities that take place on the streets, rather than what goes on in the bars, clubs and restaurants. The one exception to this is possibly Casablanca.
