Perhaps surprisingly, there are very few facilities for scuba diving in Morocco. Although scuba diving is fast becoming one of the best ways to explore the oceans surrounding Morocco with their abundance of marine life, there are still relatively few scuba diving clubs. Hence, you will may find it very hard to hire scuba diving equipment. Having said that, there is one place where you can hire equipment, in the resort town of Tetouan. Morocco has surprisingly limited opportunities for scuba diving, even if it may have much potential.
