The Paris of the North
Copenhagen is notoriously known for being an expensive city for tourists. As a visitor, accommodation and eating/drinking are the biggest expense. Accommodation can cost anywhere between €40 and €180 for a double room in a good quality apartment or hotel and food/drink can definitely take a bite into your funds. For a high-season bed in a hostel expect to pay less at just €20 a night. Transportation is reasonably priced, and of course walking and cycling are free as are many of the museums and concerts.
