Capital of Cuba

Havana Geography

Havana is built around a natural harbour, and lies on the Almendares river. It lies on small hills that gently slope down towards sea, and it stretches both Westwards and South from the coast. Havana offers many stunning beaches within a close radius, and stunning views from its two main hills. The ethnic mix of Havana is diverse, with many people of Spanish origin, along with significant Chinese, Russian and various African populations.
