Jamaica: Hiking - Walking
Clear seas, Cocktails, Rastafarianism and Reggae
Hiking and walking in Jamaica is an excellent way to experience the island. Like cycling, you can purchase a map and go it alone, but going on an organised tour is recommended. Walking and hiking tours in Jamaica can take you on journeys encompassing the remote hills of St. Catherine’s Mountain River Cave, and the Maroon Village of Hayfield, to historic settlements in Kingston. Most tours will take a whole day and cost between €41 - €51. You are advised to wear walking boots, and carry water and energy bars.
