Nice: Bus Tours
Nice spoils travellers for choices when it comes to site seeing. You can see Nice by foot, hop on off bus, bicycle, or minivan. Nice offers an organized walking tour (duration 2 hours) that departs every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10:30 am and takes in the best of the Old Town.
You can also take an open top bus tour. The bus does the “Grand Tour” of Nice taking in the best of the city's sites (duration 1.5 hours). Bicylce tours of Nice are also a good way to get a fresh perspective on the city. Approximately three hours long, the tours run through Nice's dedicated cycle lanes and quieter streets and are accompanied by an English and French speaking guide. A tourist train also travels around Nice and is a nice not too mention relaxing way to see the city. The train stops at the Old Town and Chateau Hill before returning to the Promenade des Anglais.
Minivan tours will cover all of Nice's main sites and drive along the harbour and waterfront. Guides speak English and have hotel pickup/drop off. Private tours are also available.
