Sharm el Sheikh: When to go
Palm trees, turquoise skies & majestic mountains
Summer can be scorching in Sharm el Sheikh so if you don’t like the heat, you may want to plan your trip for a slightly cooler time. Winter can be nice, but it can get a little chilly in the evenings. Spring and autumn are the best times to visit but with the pleasant temperatures, come the crowds. If you’re planning on diving, snorkelling or swimming, the sea around Sharm el Sheikh is a pleasant temperature all year round so a mid January dip is entirely possible. The best time for diving is either winter or summer when the water is at its clearest.
